1.1. Before you can enter your order you need tp go thru following steps:
a) Register your name and other contact information
b) Give YOGALIFE permission to save your information in our database. The information is only for our own use and will not be shared with anybody else.
1.2. Send a e-mail or call us if you have any questions about the procedure.
2. Valid order
2.1. Contact can me made via e-mail, letter or phone (+358- (0)50-554 77 80).
The customer undertakes to check his/her e-mail regularly after placing the order. Order aknowledgement and information about payment will be sent by e-mail..
2.2. A valid agrement is confirmed when YOGALIFE aknowledge the order by sending a orderconfirmation with banking details.
The customer can any time cancel by e-mail, letter or phone a order in whole or partly before the shipment has been sent. A complete shipment is fulfilled when the customer has received the shipment or a note from the post office that the shipment is ready for pickup.
2.4. Yogalife undertakes not to change any costs for the shipment after receiving the order.

The prices are in Euro (EUR) and includes VAT (ALV / moms). We keep the right to changes prices
3.2. The only added cost to the total productprice is postal costs. Yo can find them on following page:
3.3. We only deliver within Finland, but please contact us to get a quotation for shipments abroad.
4.1. We deliver within 3 to 5 days if the product is in stock
4.2.Please mention already when ordering if you wish to have your order delivered before a specific date. We would be happy to try to fulfill your wishes as much as possible.
Yogalife delivers by post only within Finland, if nothing else is agreed between customer and Yogalife
5. Payment alternatives
5.1. We offer following alternatives to pay:
a) Payment in advance: We will send your order as soon as you payment is registered at our bank account. The total amount to pay, bank account and reference code will be sent with the order aknowledgement
b) P.O.D. (Payment on delivery)
Payment can be made when you pick-up your shipment at your local postoffice. This will add a extra postal cost.
6.1Returns can be made within seven (7) days after receivingdate (the day of receiving date not counted). The product should be sent back in same condition as received and preferably in same package.
6.2. We kindly ask you to make a return notification by e-mail using follwing address

6.3 Shipments that are returned automatically to us (if you choose not pick up you order at he post office) then we will charge for actual shipment cost (accodring to the postoffice pricelist) and 10€ in repacking and transaction fee.
7. Damaged shipments
7.1. Sometimes shipments can be damaged even careful packaging, we kindly ask you to check the shipment as soon as it is given to you. Please make a report already at the postoffice if the shipment is damaged. Give us a call or send a e-mail and will try to
replace the shipment..

9. Force majeure
9.1. We can not take any responsibility for shipments stopped, delayed by external things as war, nature accidents, import/export probibition or any destructive actions be children under the age of 3.
