The bolsters cover is made of strong cottonfabric, zippers are used on the outer and also inner fabric, the bolster is filled with kapok that actually works much better than the classical cotton filling, since kapok doesn't form lumps, and even better, it's much lighter and doesn't collet humidity or mould.
The pillow has a good hand grip at one of the ends. THe outer fabric is easily removable for washing, the inner fabric is also equiped with azipper to the filling can easily be adjusted.
Often used in iyengar- , yin- and even during astanga "playground"/technique lessons.
